then if you want to know what your time should be at each mile marker, set your pace interval to 1 Miles.
If you want to run a 4:30 1600, enter 0 Hours, 4 Minutes, 30 Seconds, distance of 1600 Meters. Then if you
want to know what your split should be at every 200 meters, enter 200 Meters for your interval.
